Although the database contains
almost 500 walk reports, there are many mountains

The braod track which we used to cross the moor from North Rakes Hill to Pike Slack
Approaching the twin cairns around the 534m height on High Clint
Wonderful day with fantastic views
An ideal spot for lunch .....
..... as we relax in our chosen spot
Departing the twin cairns and making the short moorland crossing to return to the main track
Limestone Scars abound alone the main route

..... we encountered a few areas of limestone scree .....
..... which required a little bit of caution to ensure there were no ankle twists or turn
The final grassy descent before heading towards High Shaw
Looking back towards the last group of cairns we had passed on the hillside
